I am reminded of John Nash the professor at Princeton who won the Nobel Prize for his work in mathematics.  To be able to do his great work he had to ignore the imaginary people and voices he endured with schizophrenia. That was a monumental task. I had the experience today of seeing the illusion of all the negativity that can run through my consciousness and how critical it is for me not to engage it on any level and to just let it pass on through. Easier said than done. If Nash could do it, I can do it.  Staying in the knowing of the heart and myself and everyone else as a soul is where I invite my awareness and focus to live.
