I love the serendipity appearing in the form of a friend from across the country showing up for an unscheduled visit. And I was in town and available. Great odds. We talked, laughed, made lunch and talked some more as we moved about.  Mostly she was in her favorite blue chair in my living room and at one point she reclined in the zero gravity chair and said, “I love upside down and in person.”  We both laughed. In person vs face time or phone time is such a treat. And the surprise even better. I miss the days of people just stopping by. She kept asking if she was keeping me from my day while I was luxuriating in the spontaneous, unexpected, up close and personal afternoon of being together. I feel rejuvenated and blessed.
