I believe that there is nothing that loving cannot heal and if I engage with 100% of my loving all is well. And sometimes I remind myself that loving is not a thought it’s an action. I am laughing as I type, hearing my constant refrain to my clients while assisting in choosing verbs to clarify their next action steps. Words like, implement and design for example are mental contructs to me and not doable. There is always a simple physical step that is part of implementing or designing that gets us engaged to move forward. And loving is pure action; a tone of tenderness, a loving touch of kindness, a listening ear of silence and a look of loving in the eyes. The mind disappears and the fullness of who we are engages.
