Thinking is rarely what moves things forward. It’s the action we take that provides the momentum. I found myself sitting here looking at the screen and trying to find something from the day to write about. Instantly I heard – just start typing. When my mind is trying too hard, all I need to do is get my body involved. Any physical movement does the trick; wiggling all around, jumping up and down, dancing or in this case simply moving my fingers on the keyboard. Movement balances my “trying hard to figure it out mind” and I receive what I need. I love living in the flow of action attuned and listening to the guidance of my natural knowing.
Thank you. This is such a good reminder. And in perfect timing. Just recalling the good times in Insight: Movement, action, involvement. 🙂
