I am aware of thinking I don’t have the same energy I used to. And I am also aware there is infinite energy available in Spirit if I am willing to stay connected to what I call the ‘isness.” The layers above isness pull me into other energy fields that take my energy vs replenish it.  My mental and emotional energy takes vs replenishes. When I go ahead of now I am expending unnecessary energy and when I hurry I leave behind the connection to “isness.” I know when I slow down the divine meets me at my point of presence and my energy is replenished. I know when follow the rise and fall of my breath I am replenished. And I know that laughing is my best source of divine energy.
