A couple of days ago I experienced the power of a gentle pace at a new level. I was moving through my day more slowly than usual and half way through noticed how sweet my interactions were, how I was enjoying the mundane things I was doing more than usual and I was “one with” all of it. While I can’t say for sure it was the slowness, I’m pretty sure I will be experimenting more with a gentle pace in my day and in my heart.
