Writing does give me my truth as it moves moment to movemnt unrestsricted and free. Yesterday in my writing this prayer came forward. Uncontain me Lord - Open my heart to the free flow of loving - touch me into the freedom of my Soul's expression - dance me to the rhythm of unconditional love.
